Mr. Vittal joined the Environmental Technology, Inc. team in January 2008. He supervises and conducts all phases of groundwater and soil remediation activities, including installation of groundwater monitor wells, air sparge wells, and vapor extraction piping. Mr. Vittal conducts remedial pilot testing, the operation and maintenance (O&M) of remedial equipment, and troubleshooting and repair of remedial equipment. He is responsible for the collection of groundwater, soil and vapor samples for site characterization assessments, receptor surveys, quarterly monitoring programs, free product recovery, coordination of investigative and remedial derived wastes, and remediation site closure activities. He also supervises the excavation and disposal of contaminated soil. Mr. Vittal rebuilds and troubleshoots electrical panels and equipment. He has extensive experience with design and construction. Mr. Vittal coordinates and supervises construction field staff for remedial compound, coordinates inspections and approval of building permits, coordinates and oversight of hazardous waste disposal including confirming documents such as bills of lading and transportation.
