Regulatory compliance audits including Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), CERCLA and Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) compliance consulting, evaluation, sampling, waste stream analysis, regulatory negotiation and reporting.  This includes preparing permit applications, sampling plans, corrective action plans, closure plans, hazardous waste management plans, conducting regulatory compliance assessments and environmental audits, developing strategies for achieving and maintaining compliance and performing successful negotiation and regulatory liaison services.
Water and wastewater services
Water and wastewater services including pollution control technology requirements as defined under the Clean Water Act of 1972 (CWA).  These services include Aquifer Protection Permitting (APP) and applicability submissions; National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting including Notice of Intent (NOI) and Notice of Termination (NOT) paperwork, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) permitting, groundwater assessment, sampling and monitoring, hydrogeologic evaluation and domestic water system sampling.
